📦 Processing Time

All of our products are handmade with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before it ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.


đźšš Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and your delivery address, using real-time USPS carrier rates. There are no flat fees or hidden charges — you'll always see the exact cost before you complete your order.


📬 USPS Delivery Timeframes

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated delivery times (after your order ships) are:

Priority Mail 1–3 business days
Ground Advantage 2–5 business days
First Class Mail / First Class Package 2–5 business days
Parcel Select Ground 2–8 business days

Please note: These are USPS estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.


📍 Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for customers within 15 miles of Bangor, MI 49013!

  • Delivery fee: $5.00
  • Minimum order: $25.00
  • Local delivery is available at checkout if your address falls within our delivery zone.

🔍 Order Tracking

All USPS shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey at usps.com.


📦 Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package arrives damaged due to leakage during shipment, please don't worry — we've got you covered! Refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to report a damaged item and request a replacement or refund. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and item as soon as you receive it.
