This is a seasonal product. Because of the tendency to melt in high temperatures, this product does not ship in the warmer months. Many customers stock up while they can and store it in their refrigerator until they're ready to use it! This works perfectly fine and does not degrade the ingredients. Simply take it out and let it warm naturally to room temperature before use. You may have to take a butter knife and stir to fluff it up, and then ... voila! Please resist the urge to warm it up faster by microwaving Lol - this may degrade the consistency.
